Had a great visit to Treelodge@Punggol this morning. This is HDB’s first Eco-Precinct, a pioneering project to build eco-friendly homes for Singaporeans. Happy to meet many young families, and see that they have settled in well.
Also held a dialogue with grassroots leaders and community partners of Punggol West, at Edgefield Secondary School. They shared candidly their thoughts and concerns on Singapore’s future.
A big thanks to MP Dr Janil Puthucheary and his team, who hosted my visit. Look forward to more such visits. - LHL
